Common questions about buying tested used and new industrial automation parts from Samonde. For full details, see the linked policy pages.

Are Samonde's used parts tested before sale?

Yes. Used parts are inspected and functionally tested before listing. Every listing states the exact condition: New, New surplus, Refurbished, or Used (tested).

What do the condition labels mean?

New and New surplus are unused stock. Refurbished parts have been restored and tested. Used (tested) parts are second-hand units checked for function. The condition is shown on each product page.

Which manufacturers does Samonde carry?

Samonde stocks parts from Siemens, HEIDENHAIN, Schneider Electric, Bosch Rexroth, Fanuc, ABB and many other OEMs, including drives, servo motors, CNC and HMI panels, encoders, PLCs and power modules.

Does Samonde ship internationally?

Yes. Samonde ships worldwide from the European Union (Estonia). Delivery options and timelines are on the Shipping Policy page.

Is there a warranty, and can I return a part?

Yes. Parts are covered by a warranty and a returns policy. Full terms are on the Returns and Warranty page.

How do I find the exact part I need?

Search by the manufacturer ordering code, for example a Siemens MLFB such as 6SN1123-1AA00-0DA0, a HEIDENHAIN type code such as LS 406C, or an Id.-Nr. Each listing shows the exact manufacturer part number. If you cannot find a part, contact Samonde and the team will help source it.

Does Samonde buy surplus or used industrial parts?

Yes. Samonde purchases surplus and used automation inventory. Details are on the Sell Your Parts page.

How can I request a quote or check stock?
