Condition & testing
New unit supplied in original HEIDENHAIN factory packaging with die-cut cardboard inserts sized to the cylindrical encoder body and outer shipping box printed with Heidenhain logo and ESD warning symbol. The aluminum-alloy encoder body shows light handling wear and minor surface discoloration consistent with warehouse storage but no dents, corrosion, or damage. The printed manufacturer label remains intact and legible around the circumference. Cable connector and shaft coupling show no wear. Unit has not been installed or powered.
