2. What data we collect
- Order data: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, and payment details (payment card data is processed by our payment provider, not stored by us).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for site functionality and analytics.
- Communications: emails and messages you send to info@samonde.com.
3. Why we collect it
- To fulfil and ship your orders.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer law).
- To improve our website and services.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on: performance of a contract (orders), legal obligation (tax and accounting), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, analytics, and securing our website). Marketing emails are sent only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Data sharing and processors
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform and hosting provider (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers (UPS, DHL), and our email and image-hosting providers. We also share data with tax and other authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
