Shipping Partners
We ship all orders with UPS or DHL, selected according to the destination and the size and weight of the package. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Dispatch & Origin
Orders are picked, inspected, and dispatched from our EU warehouse in France. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are normally dispatched the same day; orders placed later are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Times
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- France & Western EU (Germany, Benelux, Italy, Austria): 1–3 business days
- Rest of the EU: 2–5 business days
- Outside the EU: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and the selected carrier service. Any free-shipping threshold, where available, is shown at checkout.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within the EU move under the free movement of goods and carry no additional customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by the destination country.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking link. If you have an account, you can also view tracking under Order History.
Packaging
Industrial components are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Sensitive and fragile parts are anti-static wrapped and cushioned with foam or custom inserts where required.
