Where is my order?

You can follow your Samonde delivery through Shopify’s secure order-status page. Each order has its own private tracking link.

  1. Open your confirmation or shipping email sent to the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Select “View your order” or the carrier tracking link to see the latest shipment status.
  3. Signed-in customers can also open their account below and select the relevant order.

Estimated delivery time

Most Samonde orders are delivered within 5 business days from dispatch. We’ll email your tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.
