Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern the purchase of goods from Samonde, operated by Mondevia OÜ (VAT EE102856576), Ruunaoja tn 3-81, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia.

2. Products

We sell used, tested, and refurbished industrial automation parts. Product condition is clearly stated on each listing. All items are inspected and photographed before listing.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. VAT-registered EU businesses may apply for reverse-charge invoicing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a stock discrepancy, in which case a full refund is issued.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse in France. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are normally dispatched the same day. Estimated transit times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery.

6. Returns

EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. See our Returns & Warranty page for full details. Business customers (B2B) may return defective or not-as-described items.

7. Warranty

Parts carry a functional warranty of between 14 and 30 days, depending on the item, with extended coverage available on selected refurbished items. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for production downtime or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of consumers.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes may be resolved in the courts of Estonia or via the EU online dispute resolution platform.
